Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Clean the appliance after each use.
2. Always remove the plug from socket when not in use and before cleaning. Allow time to cool down
before touch or taking off any parts of the appliance before cleaning.
3. To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the appliance’s housing, plug and power cord into the water
or other liquids for cleaning.
4. Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior parts of the product. Do not rinse the appliance under the water.
5. Do not use harsh and abrasive cleaners to clean the appliance and inner pot.
6. Cleaning the seal ring
- Remove the seal ring from lid.
- Clean and dry the sealing ring and re-install it.
7. Cleaning the lid
- Clean lid, float, exhaust valve, Anti-blocking cover.
- Clean and drop those accessories and re-install them.
8. Cleaning the dew collector
- Always clean and remove the water from the water collector after
each use.
9. Cleaning the inner pot
- Clean inner side of pot including Gasket ring, pressure limit gasket ring,
anti-clogging mask, air discharge tube and floating valve and wipe with ra
- Use sponge or non-metallic soft brush to clean the inner pot and wipe it
with a dry cloth. Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or metallic brush
to clean.
- For easy cleaning, pour hot water into the inner pot, soak for a few minutes
before washing. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

1. Do not immerse the appliance in water nor rinse it under the tap.
2. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local power voltage before you
connect it.
3. Only connect the appliance to a grounded power outlet. Always make sure that the plug is inserted
firmly into the power outlet.
4. Do not use the appliance if the plug, the power cord, the sealing ring or the main body is damaged.
5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or similar
qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
7. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
8. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop on which the appliance stands.
9. Make sure the heating element, the temperature sensor and the outside of the inner pot are clean and
dry before you put the plug in the power outlet. Impurities and external objects may cause malfunction
to product.
10. The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use. Do not touch the surface and any hot
parts of the appliance during use or immediately after use. It will be very hot!
11. Do not plug in the appliance or touch the control panel with wet hands.
12. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate
remote-control system.
13. The ducts in the pressure valve allowing the escape of steam should be checked regularly to ensure
that they are not blocked
14. Make sure the power socket is clean and dry before you plug in the appliance.
15. Do not open the top lid of the appliance until the pressure has decreased sufficiently.
16. Do not use the appliance if too much air or steam is leaking from under the top lid.
17. When cooking soup or viscous liquid, do not release pressure by turning the pressure valve to the
steam vent position or pressing the pressure release button, otherwise liquid might spurt from the
pressure valve, wait until the pressure is naturally released and the floater has dropped to open the top lid.
18. Do not place the inner pot directly over an open fire to cook food.
19. Do not use the inner pot if it is deformed.
20. Make sure that the sealing ring is clean and in good condition. Do not replace it with other rubber seal
with different tensions.
21. The accessible surfaces may become hot when the appliance is operating. Take extra caution when
touching the surfaces.
22. Beware of hot steam coming out of the floating valve and pressure valve during cooking or out of the
appliance when you open the lid. Keep hands and face away from the appliance to avoid the steam.
23. Do not lift and move the appliance while it is operating.
24. Do not exceed the maximum water level indicated in the inner pot to prevent overflow.
25. Do not place the cooking utensils inside the pot while cooking.
26. The inner pot is non-stick coated. Use plastic or wooden cooking tools to prevent the coating from scratches.
27. Do not force open the cover when the floating valve is not in the “dropping” position.
28. If large amount of steam is released from the product during cooking, it is an abnormal sign. Unplug
the power socket and send the product to authorized service centre for repair.
29. When carrying the product, hold the handles on the outer shell. Do not hold the plastic handle of
the top lid.
30. This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use this appliance other than its intended use.

Before use
1. Clean the parts of the electric pressure cooker thoroughly before using it for the first time. (see
chapter cleaning and maintenance)
2. Install the dew collector by side it into the slot on the cooker
housing. Follow the reverser order to remove it for cleaning.
3. Open the lid.
- Before opening the cover, make sure that the float falls and hold the
top cover, rotate the upper cover clockwise to the limit side and then
open the cover side.
4. Filling.
- Take out the inner pot and put in food and liquid. Make sure the food
and water do not exceed the maximum level marking. (Recommended
not to fill the unit over 2/3 full) For expandable food such as rice, beans
or dried vegetables, do not fill the unit over ½ full. Over filling may risk
clogging the vent pipes and developed excess pressure. This could also
cause spillage and may damage the unit.
5. Placing inner pot into the cooker.
- Make sure the inner pot exterior surface and heating element is dry and
clean before putting the inner pot into the body. Make sure there is no
other object or material in between them. After that, rotate the inner pot
lightly to keep it in a good contact with heating element.
6. Close the lid.
- Check if the gasket ring has been put on steel ring of inner side
of pot cover or inner cover. Hold the pot handle, turn it to cover
opening position and then rotate the pot cover to cover closing
position in counter-clockwise direction where a clasping or “click”
sound will be heard.
7. Last check.
- Place the pressure limit air release valve properly, check if the
floating value has dropped in the low position. (Before heating
the float shall be fallen in the low position)
